Brian Pesmen of Urban Property Advisors, LLC began his career in commercial real estate in 1985 and brings broad, hands-on experience across development, brokerage, property management, financing, hospitality, and investment. His experience spans nearly every facet of commercial real estate.

Value-Add Experience & Property Management
Brian has extensive experience in value-add acquisitions, repositioning, management, and sales.
As a broker, property manager (and portfolio manager), and leasing agent, Brian has been involved in:
- Land transactions
- Office and retail leasing, brokerage, and management
- Industrial leasing and management
- Manufactured housing transactions
Hospitality Experience
In hospitality, Brian has been involved in the construction, management, and consulting of new, ongoing, and distressed hospitality operations as a principal, manager, and advisor.
Finance & Distressed Assets
Brian has financed, arranged financing, and participated in financing for others in nearly all of the above areas.
Regarding distressed assets, Brian has negotiated tens of millions of dollars in debt, litigated and settled matters involving millions of dollars, and repositioned, operated, and sold distressed and value-add properties across nearly all commercial sectors.
